"Dry" Sand Refining Machine NSR Series Raw materials up to 40mm can be processed in a single pass to produce almost the entire amount in sand size (particles below 5mm). If the goal is solely to produce sand-sized products, this overwhelming production efficiency allows for the maximization of product volume (and thus maximization of sales). Adjusting the particle size of the product is also easy. Additionally, since products can be obtained in a single pass, there is no need for classification equipment such as screens, which contributes to the overall compactness of the plant and minimizes capital investment.
