This mold was brought to us by a customer who reported that the inclined slide product part had been damaged during mass production. We considered repairing the damaged part through welding, but the thickness of the broken section was very thin, making it difficult to weld. After consulting with the customer, we decided to proceed with the production of a new mold this time.
