For example, in the case of a hole with a diameter of φ20 and a fit with H7 for the hole and h7 for the shaft, the specifications would be φ20H7 (0 to +0.021) and φ20h7 (0 to -0.021). Here, if the dimensions of the manufactured item are a hole of φ20.00 and a shaft of φ20.00, they fall within the dimensional tolerances, so they are not defective but rather good products. However, in practice, when trying to assemble them, the dimensions may be too tight or the items may not fit at all. Therefore, our company aims to machine precision holes to be right in the middle (for the above example, this would mean targeting H7 at φ20.011 and h7 at φ19.989). Additionally, we conduct inspections using measurements with micro gauges, pin gauges, and air micrometers.
