We would like to introduce a case study of "ASTERIA Warp Core" implemented at Beenex Technologies. At the company, the evaluation of engineers is comprehensively judged based on experience, skills, customer feedback, and market value. The collected data is scattered across various systems and external job sites, making it necessary to systematize the process due to the enormous workload required for manual collection. Therefore, we implemented this product.
