25% reduction in total processing time! Improved efficiency in setup work through multiple part handling!
We would like to introduce a case study conducted by TAAFU Co., Ltd. that demonstrates improvements made to reduce the total processing time of FA equipment parts. The key improvement point was the reevaluation of processing equipment from a vertical machining center to a 5-axis controlled horizontal machining center, which enabled unmanned operation during nighttime. Additionally, by adopting an external clamp (CP124-03202 Imao) and reviewing the clamping tools, we achieved increased efficiency in setup operations.
