[Case 1] Adoption case at a gas plant factory
Until now, the mechanical seals used in pumps needed to be replaced at a fairly rapid pace, and we had been replacing them with new ones each time, which incurred fixed costs. We decided to try having the discarded seals sent to our company for repair and regeneration, and it turned out that they could be used at a low cost and were as good as new. This has reportedly led to significant cost reductions.
