"SEM3D" is a software that allows for the construction of three-dimensional 3D images from multiple SEM images, arbitrary cross-section extraction, and the display of 3D objects of internal structures. The data constructed in 3D using this software can only be viewed with dedicated software, allowing for the secure transfer of data to analysis requesters.
