We would like to introduce a case study of Chūnihon Highway Engineering Nagoya Co., Ltd., which has implemented the web conferencing system 'LiveOn' handled by Japan Media System. In a field using rope access techniques, we combined the smart glasses "Realwear" with our product's wearable app for remote site support and on-the-job training (OJT). Since multiple sites and the office are always connected in real-time with video and audio, it has become easy to check the site conditions from the office, and the speed of information sharing has significantly increased.
