A dust flow switch that captures the electrical properties of the measured object and outputs contact signals.
Unlike the Doppler method, it detects only the area around the electrodes, allowing for pinpoint detection without being affected by nearby rotating bodies or similar influences. It can be used for contamination prevention and quality control of mixed products through leak detection from bag filters and cyclones, clog detection, and flow/no-flow detection in air transport routes. Main features of the KDS-1 model: - As it is a contact type, it can measure low concentrations without being affected by changes in flow rate! - It has no moving parts, maintaining high functionality with minimal maintenance! - Alarm delay time can be set to prevent malfunctions! - Compact integrated design makes handling and adjustments easy! * The KDS-1 model is a contact type flow sensor, but there is also the KFD-1 model that detects flow non-contact.
