Asano Corporation manufactures over 10,000 types of parts annually and has a long history, accumulated know-how, and high technical capabilities. The majority of the parts we produce are development and mass production components ordered by major manufacturers. Since our establishment in 1953, we have been engaged in the production of prototype parts and mold manufacturing for new vehicle models for automobile and motorcycle manufacturers, and we have supplied various parts in the field of top-level motorsports. Currently, we support development not only for automobile and motorcycle manufacturers but also for a wide range of industries including aircraft manufacturers, electrical equipment manufacturers, optical equipment manufacturers, and medical device manufacturers. We aim to utilize the "responsiveness, technical capabilities, and proposal abilities" we have cultivated through the production of many parts to support the development of our customers' products and components. Additionally, all three of our factories in Gunma, Shizuoka, and Kyoto are engaged in metal press processing, mold manufacturing, and the production of molds for resin injection molding.
