basic information
We provide printed resistive substrates for various fields such as automotive, motors, and cameras. Among them, the "fine-pitch heating resistive substrate with a pattern width of 30μ to 90μ" is adopted as an important substrate related to automotive safety and has received positive evaluations. Our production system is designed to enhance efficiency with equipment introduction, enabling short delivery times, a wide variety of products, and small lot production! Additionally, we focus on training personnel with expertise backed by experience rather than relying solely on machines! We are prepared to meet your diverse needs. Furthermore, as a printed resistive substrate manufacturer, we also sell our own manufactured and used printed resistive material, "carbon paste."

Detailed information
-
Flow of Product Delivery Nagano Techtron conducts all processes from development, design, manufacturing, to inspection in-house. We have established a system that can respond to various needs. 1. Design We create a master copy (original manuscript for plate making) based on the drawings and data received from the customer.
-
There are two types of printing for surface sheets: silk screen printing and inkjet printing.
-
3. Processing To prevent misalignment during die cutting, guide holes are drilled, and embossing is applied when necessary. Component mounting involves placing chip components such as LEDs and resistors onto the membrane sheet. Additionally, the outer shape is cut using a Thomson die (also known as a male die). In cases where there are a large number of pieces or when precision is required, a brass die may also be used.
-
4. Assembly Inspection The components are bonded together to complete the product. To improve efficiency and finish, there may be cases where several pieces are bonded together and then cut out all at once.
-
5. Quality Inspection We conduct thorough quality control through detailed inspection items to deliver safe and reliable products to our customers.
-
6. Shipping We will package the completed products and carry out the shipping process. We will work carefully until the end to ensure that they are safely delivered to our customers.
Company information
We contribute to the "now" by making society more comfortable through our products and services, and we will continue to grow together with society by making the "future" even more comfortable. Our company is a specialized manufacturer of input devices and display panels. Leveraging the design, development, and manufacturing technologies of input and display devices that we have cultivated over many years, we utilize our integrated in-house production and quality control systems as our strengths, launching new products into the market daily. Since we handle all processes from development, design, manufacturing, to inspection in-house, we can respond flexibly to our customers' "troubles" and "what should I do?" We focus on "quality" rather than "quantity" and provide high-value-added products.
