Packing Insertion Device "APGS-612-ROBO"

Insert square GW manually into the can lid and automatically insert round PG with a press! Aiming for labor-saving with semi-automation.

The "APGS-612-ROBO" is a packing insertion device that manually inserts square GW into can lids and automatically presses round PG into them. Lids are stacked manually into the lid and PG magazine, and the stacked lids are cut out in two rounds of six columns, with 12 pieces being automatically transferred to the next stage by the transfer (T/F) device. In the GW stage, GW is manually inserted, and the presence of GW and any protrusion of GW are inspected (if there is a defect, it returns to the origin of the (T/F) for correction of GW and lid, and restarts at PB.ON) before being transferred to the next process for PG insertion and pressing. In the PG stage, 12 pieces are cut out symmetrically in six columns, PG is suctioned with a special unit, the gate opens, and it is pressed into the lid.
