Our press processing mainly produces using single-stroke molds and progressive molds, and we generally select one of these methods based on the production lot size requested. In both production methods, whether single-stroke processing or progressive processing, we prioritize feedback of daily production information from the production department to the technical and management departments, with the fundamental goal of efficiently producing high-quality parts. 【Features】 ■ Production using single-stroke molds - We handle a wide variety of low-lot production items, and by implementing thorough standard operations from setup to production, we can accommodate small lots (around 100 pieces). ■ Production using progressive molds - While relatively large lots are ideal, we have a track record of handling lots of less than 1,000 pieces with progressive processing to keep running costs down. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
