2CLEAN is a versatile cleaning machine that has enlarged the chamber based on the design, functionality, and cleaning method of IWT's parts cleaning machine, and added a vertically elevating three-dimensional nozzle, allowing it to clean not only disassembled parts but also bulk containers such as IBCs. For containers like IBCs, the elevating three-dimensional nozzle, along with four rotating nozzles on the sides and a bottom ball shower, enables cleaning of the entire container, including the interior, exterior, and valve areas. Similar to IWT's parts cleaning machine, disassembled parts can achieve complete automatic cleaning by combining IWT's unique cleaning basket with various nozzles. Additionally, the enlarged chamber allows for cleaning larger sizes and more disassembled parts at once. With a high-level automatic control system, it complies with GMP guidelines and also supports data integrity, thereby enhancing the quality assurance system in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
