Company information
In today's world, where both product quality and cost-effectiveness are required, welding machines are also expected to have high-level performance. The YAG laser welding machine has rapidly gained popularity for improving welding quality, but WEL-KEN Co., Ltd. has developed a new technology, the fiber laser, to further enhance welding capabilities and quality. Fiber lasers have unique issues, such as a very small beam diameter resulting in narrow weld beads, which leads to low tolerance for joint gaps and work precision. To address this problem, we introduced a vortex function that gives the laser beam a swirling motion, expanding the irradiation area and increasing tolerance for joint gaps and work precision. Additionally, it produces a clean and appropriately wide weld with a smooth R shape in corner welding. WEL-KEN has prepared a showroom for customers considering the introduction of fiber laser welding machines. You can view the actual equipment and conduct business discussions. Furthermore, dedicated operators are on-site to provide operational explanations and assist with welding conditions based on customer inquiries. For the first time only, we will accommodate free welding experiments for test pieces brought in by customers.
