All processes are approached with a design philosophy in mind. We model according to your needs, whether it's creating design CAD data from sketches or reverse engineering from scanned data. We also accommodate styling that takes into account internal mechanisms and movement, as well as creation that considers design requirements for molds. High-quality design CAD data (Class-A surfaces) High-precision design data created using CATIA V5, a high-end CAD software. CAD data for mock-ups (solid modeling) To reproduce a state close to the final product, we create it while considering thickness and strength. We also perform simplified designs while considering ease of assembly, fitting parts, and internal components. Organic design CAD data Since it is created on CAD surfaces, it is easier to use in later processes compared to automatically generated point cloud data. It is particularly useful for creating shapes that are difficult to achieve with conventional CAD or when you want to determine the orientation of a shape.
