The thickness of molded products has also become increasingly thinner and stronger, thanks to advancements in the research and development of molding materials. On the other hand, regarding the appearance of products, there were restrictions on gate placement from the appearance side and thin walls, which forced the use of multi-point gates for filling. The mold structure devised to satisfy client requests is called the "Reverse Mold." The devised "Reverse Mold" allows for pin gate settings at any location from the back of the product, featuring a structure that protrudes from the fixed side.
