It is a factory-produced unit house type that is easy to install. Notes on Installation: ● Leveling and anchoring are required during installation. ● The foundation design should be separately tailored to the actual conditions of the installation site. ● A building confirmation application is required in the following cases: 1. In the case of new construction on the site. 2. When installed in a quasi-fire prevention area. 3. When the total of extensions or renovations on the site exceeds 10m². ● In fire prevention areas, shutter specifications cannot be installed, but parent-child door specifications may be possible. Please consult with the confirmation application authority in advance. ● For snow load, the standard product can accommodate up to 30cm, and with an option, it can accommodate up to 150cm. * Please note that the method of structural calculation for snow load may vary due to local regulations.
