Process-specific specific gravity and concentration monitor | SG-2110RS
SG-2110RS
Suitable for concentration management of chemical solutions that cannot be measured with conventional electrical conductivity meters.
The precision load cell using glass can handle a specific gravity of up to 2.2 with a single load cell. This allows for adjustments to changes in the specific gravity of the process solution without needing to replace the load cell. It employs a currently excellent high-precision sensor that captures specific gravity changes of 0.001. Additionally, the impact on the load cell caused by the inflow of the process solution is suppressed by a digital filter, achieving unprecedented stability and rapid response. This stability and response characteristic, which is unlike anything before, enables the compactness of the measurement container. It also allows for real-time monitoring of changes in process concentration, enabling more accurate feedback control of concentration. Calibration: - It uses zero-span calibration based on volumetric weight. - It can memorize up to 10 points of chemical concentration curves for measurement. - It is designed to withstand use in acidic environments. - In addition to glass, load cells with PTFE coating are also available as an option to support long-term operation. - The icon menu makes it easy to remember operations. - It is suitable for concentration management of mixed chemical solutions that are difficult to measure with electrode-type or inductive conductivity meters.

T and C Technical has been engaged in the sale of water quality measurement instruments (such as conductivity and resistivity meters) since its establishment in 1988, and has been providing service operations to guarantee their quality for over a quarter of a century. At the beginning of our business, we focused on the quality of ultra-pure water, which is essential for semiconductor manufacturing, and established a method for our representatives to visit customers on-site to perform maintenance, inspection, and calibration of water quality measurement instruments, becoming the first in Japan to do so. In 1993, we began the development and sale of Total Organic Carbon (TOC) analyzers, which are important indicators for ensuring the quality of ultra-pure water. Since then, our TOC analyzers have been utilized by customers in various industries, including semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, food, and beverages. In recent years, we have been engaged in the sale and maintenance inspection of various measurement instruments related to our specialty area of "water," and we aim to contribute to labor-saving and cost reduction in our customers' equipment operations through these efforts. Additionally, we strive to maintain and improve our advanced calibration techniques, ensuring that we provide even greater peace of mind through the maintenance, inspection, and calibration services of the products purchased by our customers.
