Hypochlorous acid water can inactivate viruses such as the novel coronavirus, norovirus, and influenza, and is harmless to the human body. It can be utilized as a tool for HACCP compliance, including employee handwashing, disinfecting cooking and processing utensils, and cleaning kitchen floors. The "KHM-1" generates 6 liters of hypochlorous acid water per minute and, despite its high-performance specifications, is compact with a width of approximately 20 cm, making it just the right size for restaurants. Installation work is not required, so anyone can easily set it up. It can generate a high concentration (120 ppm) of hypochlorous acid water that cannot be produced by other products.
