In the repair work of rods and shafts, it is necessary to grind off the existing plated areas, but by simultaneously grinding and removing scratches during this process, it is possible to regenerate a clean surface without changing the dimensions. [Cylindrical Buffing Machine] It is capable of achieving a glossy, mirror-like finish on the surface of materials. In our company, this is done after chrome plating, achieving "a shiny and beautiful surface (improved surface roughness)," "enhanced lubricity," and "removal of fine burrs."
