Conducted reverse engineering of the electrical components for the stainless steel continuous annealing line (Bright Annealing Line), which is primarily used for automotive exterior materials and tableware. Updated the existing direct current motor drive and analog main control to an alternating current motor and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) main control. During the update, costs were reduced by applying general-purpose equipment to the inverter and PLC. Additionally, support for maintenance operations through remote maintenance was provided, while maximizing the adherence to the existing operational usability as per the customer's requests.
