This is a unit that winds bobbins with constant tension while traversing electric wires, cables, and wires.
The winding uses a torque motor, allowing the winding torque to be adjusted with a volume control. Operation and stop are performed using the included foot switch. The traverse movement range and speed can also be adjusted. The maximum winding bobbin weight is 50 kg. The front support of the bobbin winding shaft is detachable with bolts. If the bobbin winding weight is 15 kg or less, the front support of the bobbin winding shaft can be omitted. It does not wind with excessive tension, ensuring safety.
