Achieving low prices (below 1/4)! A case study on the development of Techno's "Air Balance Lifter"!
I was impressed by the "electric hoist" used by a logistics company and realized that by placing the lift switch in line with the suspended load, the loading and unloading work felt intuitive. I researched whether there was a hoist that eliminated the lift switch and placed a handle in line with the suspended load, and found that such a product existed, but it was expensive at 1.8 million yen, which led me to decide to develop it in-house. Thus, we developed the Techno-made "Air Balance Lifter." The air equipment was manufactured using a combination of standard parts, and by designing and producing custom lifting devices tailored to the suspended load, we achieved a low price (less than 1/4 of the original cost).
