Traditionally, semiconductor and electronic components were managed on fixed shelves. It was necessary to search for the storage location for each part during both the inbound and outbound processes. There were also challenges such as the occurrence of empty spaces, incorrect storage locations, and picking errors. With the introduction of the material tower, after attaching and registering a unique ID barcode upon receipt of the parts, the only task left is to store everything in the material tower, completing the process. This allows for management through the system, eliminating mistakes in inbound and outbound operations.
