If the inner diameter of the mounting hole for the tank is smaller than the size of the vane, and it is not possible to remove the vane to install the level switch and then reattach the vane, an option for an expandable vane is available. The expandable vane can be installed in the tank while the vane is still attached. Moreover, due to its larger surface area, it is effective even for lightweight powders!
