Using a femtosecond laser, we processed embossed shapes with a top diameter of 10μm or less. On our website, we introduce two patterns of shapes: one prioritizing the small diameter of the base and the sharpness of the protrusions, and the other prioritizing the smoothness of the embossed shape.
