The "C35-30-40" is a device that integrates two functions, a power supply for charging batteries and a discharging device, into a single housing. The charging section prevents overcharging of the battery through a constant voltage setting as a stabilized DC power supply that automatically transitions between constant voltage and constant current. The discharging section is designed with a load circuit that provides stable constant current characteristics for battery capacity testing.
