The VisiFerm DO ECS optical dissolved oxygen sensor, compatible with autoclaves, continuously monitors the condition of the fluorescent membrane through its built-in degradation monitoring function. Since there is no self-consumption of oxygen by the sensor, it can accurately measure dissolved oxygen in low concentrations or in stagnant liquids. The fluorescent membrane can be easily replaced with a cap-type design. In addition to silicone, a Teflon version of the fluorescent membrane is also available. ■Main Features - Using LED light and a phosphor that absorbs and emits light, the principle of light emitted by the phosphor being absorbed by oxygen is utilized to measure oxygen concentration in the range of 4 ppb to 25 ppm. - The phosphor adopts a cap design, making replacement simple and reliable. - Calibration can be performed at the appropriate time by monitoring cap degradation. The process takes about 20 minutes to complete. - It does not have an electrolyte like conventional Clark cells. - There is no influence from flow rate or pressure during measurement. Therefore, there is no instability in measurement values due to stirring, allowing for the measurement of dissolved oxygen conditions at installation locations such as the bottom of tanks. - There is no self-consumption of oxygen by the sensor, allowing for accurate measurement of dissolved oxygen in low concentrations or stagnant liquids. - There are no leaks since no electrolyte is used. - Calibration data is stored in the sensor body, allowing for pre-calibration in a stable environment. - Sensor lengths can be selected from 120 mm, 160 mm, 225 mm, 325 mm, and 425 mm.

T and C Technical has been engaged in the sale of water quality measurement instruments (such as conductivity and resistivity meters) since its establishment in 1988, and has been providing service operations to guarantee their quality for over a quarter of a century.
