【Transport Assistance Tool】 A dedicated case for transporting special glass. It features a lightweight and durable case with an interior primarily made of resin and rubber. It has an adjustment function to accommodate multiple types of glass. We conducted drafting, parts manufacturing, and assembly specifically for the glass that the customer will transport. 【Inspection Jigs and Assembly Jigs】 A jig for measuring dimensions on a granite surface plate. It resolves the time-consuming issue of positioning adjustments by fitting into a mold. The product fixation has been made operable with a one-touch lever. It can be handed over directly to the assembly process, contributing to a reduction in man-hours. 【Positioning Tooling】 A request for the production of tooling for positioning as part of production line efficiency. In a process using robots, there were concerns about the robot missing to grasp parts or grasping them in different positions, which caused the next process to stop.
