Conductivity Sensor | Four-Electrode Conductivity Sensor for Sanitary Processes
Conducell 4USF Arc Conductivity Measurement Sensor
Electrodes with high cleaning properties are suitable for bio and food processes.
The Conducell 4UxF Arc 4-Pole Conductivity Sensor is compatible with CIP, SIP, and autoclaving, making it easy to use in hygienic applications with excellent linearity across a wide conductivity range. Electrodes are available in stainless steel (USF, 1.4435, and UHF, 2.4602), platinum (UPtF), and titanium (UTF). Stainless steel 1.4435 is the most common electrode material and is suitable for general biopharmaceutical applications. Platinum can be used for long-term stability and corrosion resistance. For highly corrosive or chemically aggressive applications, stainless steel 2.4602 can be chosen for its exceptional resistance. Titanium is suitable for use in corrosive environments such as seawater. The 4-electrode structure prevents degradation of the electrode surface, providing stable conductivity measurements over long periods and excellent linearity across a wide range from 1μS/cm to 300mS/cm. The electrodes, which have high cleanability, are suitable for bioprocessing and food processing, and can be adapted to e-hygiene using a hygienic socket holder. Sterilization compatible: ■ 130°C steam sterilization ■ Stationary cleaning ■ Autoclave

Company information
T and C Technical has been engaged in the sale of water quality measurement instruments (such as conductivity and resistivity meters) since its establishment in 1988, and has been providing service operations to guarantee their quality for over a quarter of a century. At the beginning of our business, we focused on the quality of ultra-pure water, which is essential for semiconductor manufacturing, and established a method for our representatives to visit customers on-site to perform maintenance, inspection, and calibration of water quality measurement instruments, becoming the first in Japan to do so. In 1993, we began the development and sale of Total Organic Carbon (TOC) analyzers, which are important indicators for ensuring the quality of ultra-pure water. Since then, our TOC analyzers have been utilized by customers in various industries, including semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, food, and beverages. In recent years, we have been engaged in the sale and maintenance inspection of various measurement instruments related to our specialty area of "water," and we aim to contribute to labor-saving and cost reduction in our customers' equipment operations through these efforts. Additionally, we strive to maintain and improve our advanced calibration techniques, ensuring that we provide even greater peace of mind through the maintenance, inspection, and calibration services of the products purchased by our customers.
