A compact housing in half size (1/8 DIN) that consolidates the functions necessary for process monitoring.
The half-size process conductivity/resistivity monitor "EC-410 / EC-430" is designed to enable easy process monitoring with a wide range of electrodes suitable for various water treatment processes and a simple monitor. ■ Main Features - By switching measurement modes, one monitor can measure both conductivity and resistivity. - It covers a wide range from 0.00μS/cm to 200.0mS/cm, making it suitable for various applications. - It is equipped with an insulated 4-20mA analog output, allowing for easy remote monitoring and control. - The EC-430 comes with a relay output for alarms. 8 Types of Electrodes - There are four types of electrodes for pure water resistivity and low conductivity measurement (with low cell constants) and four types of electrodes for high conductivity and high temperature (with high cell constants), allowing users to select the appropriate electrode for their application. - An integrated temperature sensor measures the water temperature and displays temperature-compensated readings at 25°C. The temperature compensation includes automatic temperature compensation at 25°C (temperature coefficient 2%/°C: adjustable) and dual temperature compensation for pure water.

T and C Technical has been engaged in the sale of water quality measurement instruments (such as conductivity and resistivity meters) since its establishment in 1988, and has been providing service operations to guarantee their quality for over a quarter of a century. At the beginning of our business, we focused on the quality of ultra-pure water, which is essential for semiconductor manufacturing, and established a method for our representatives to visit customers on-site to perform maintenance, inspection, and calibration of water quality measurement instruments, becoming the first in Japan to do so. In 1993, we began the development and sale of Total Organic Carbon (TOC) analyzers, which are important indicators for ensuring the quality of ultra-pure water. Since then, our TOC analyzers have been utilized by customers in various industries, including semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, food, and beverages. In recent years, we have been engaged in the sale and maintenance inspection of various measurement instruments related to our specialty area of "water," and we aim to contribute to labor-saving and cost reduction in our customers' equipment operations through these efforts. Additionally, we strive to maintain and improve our advanced calibration techniques, ensuring that we provide even greater peace of mind through the maintenance, inspection, and calibration services of the products purchased by our customers.
