Easily cut fragile boards with post-form cutting. By processing only this series of operations, we can handle saw chipping and efficiently provide high-quality processed materials.
The post-form panel saw is a cutting machine suitable for processing post-form materials. Post-form materials refer to sheets commonly used for countertops in kitchens, counters, washbasins, and study desks, which are made of phenolic resin boards treated with melamine resin on the surface. Due to the resin processing on the surface, this material is prone to chipping during cutting. The post-form panel saw features a dual saw axis that rotates the upper and lower saws in opposite directions. The upper saw performs the cutting while the lower saw briefly emerges during the cutting process to prevent chipping.
