This is a laminated motor core (φ110×35×0.2mm). The material is 50A300, and it is primarily used for power transmission devices. This laminated motor core is assembled using a progressive die that performs lamination within the mold. A precision of 0.05mm is required for perpendicularity, parallelism, coaxiality, and roundness, necessitating advanced precision mold manufacturing technology, which is why we were consulted by the company that specializes in burr-free precision pressing.
