This is a T-shaped 6-piece laminated motor core (Poki-Poki core). The material is 35A440, and it is primarily used for power transmission devices. Precision of perpendicularity and parallelism is required to be within 0.05mm, necessitating advanced precision mold manufacturing technology, which is why we were consulted by the company that specializes in burr-free precision pressing. Additionally, while other companies also manufacture individual T-shaped laminated cores, this one is laminated in a state where six T-shaped cores are connected together.
