In-mold laminated core using sequentially delivered press molds.
This is a mass-produced stator core. The material is 50A300, and it is used in power transmission devices. If you take a closer look at the overhead photo, you can see that it is laminated by performing round rivets in two places. In our company, for this type of riveting, we manufacture the stator core through lamination within the mold. We have received requests from customers to ensure the strength of the rivets and the vertical accuracy of the products as precisely as possible. Our company manufactures press parts centered around laminated cores to meet customer requirements, including riveting strength and vertical accuracy. We are capable of sourcing a variety of materials, not only common iron and SUS but also from amorphous products to special alloys, and we provide one-stop support from prototype processing of custom motor cores and resolvers to mass production. Additionally, based on the data accumulated in our unique production management system, we offer products to customers at reasonable prices. If you have any concerns regarding the design and manufacturing of custom motor cores or precision press parts, please feel free to contact our custom shim manufacturing center.
