[Production Example] Split Stator Core

In-mold laminated core using sequentially delivered press molds.

This is a mass-produced stator core. The material is 50A300, and it is used in power transmission devices. If you take a closer look at the overhead photo, you can see that it is laminated by performing round rivets in two places. In our company, for this type of riveting, we manufacture the stator core through lamination within the mold. We have received requests from customers to ensure the strength of the rivets and the vertical accuracy of the products as precisely as possible.
