This is a resolver (rotary angle sensor). The material is 35A440, and it is a product mainly used for power transmission devices, classified as a laminated core product. This resolver undergoes processing by wire cutting after the electromagnetic steel sheets have been laminated and bonded in advance. Our laminated core's lamination bonding technology enables high-precision lamination bonding filled with unique know-how, and it is one of the technologies highly regarded by our customers. Additionally, this resolver required high precision. Therefore, we achieved high-precision wire cutting processing by dividing the cutting of each processing area into four stages.
