Achieving high reproducibility by being unaffected by liquid evaporation In general, electronic balances used for measuring liquids face the issue that evaporation of the liquid begins simultaneously with droplet formation, leading to reduced reproducibility. The image processing measurement system solves these challenges by calculating volume from real-time captured image data, thereby achieving high-precision measurements. 2. Realizing high-precision measurement of high-viscosity liquids To accommodate the viscosity of various liquids, the system is equipped with two types of measurement functions: droplet measurement and contact measurement. In contact measurement, the difference is calculated from two sets of data: the image of the liquid at the nozzle during contact and the image of the residual liquid at the nozzle after droplet formation, enabling calibration with the actual liquid. 3. Usable for 100% inspection on production lines One of the advantages of process validation through image processing measurement is the ability to conduct 100% inspection on production lines. With real-time image processing, there is no need for additional time for tasks as in previous sampling inspections, and immediate feedback during abnormalities is possible, which not only reduces time and costs but also contributes to improving product reliability and safety.
