Features of this machine: - Equipped with a maintenance-free, shielded transmissive tube X-ray generator 'Quadra NT' manufactured by Nordson DAGE. - Recognition resolution of 0.1μm (up to 10W) / 0.3μm (up to 20W). - Tube voltage of 30-160kV, maximum output of 20W. - Equipped with a 6.7M pixel flat panel detector 'Aspire FP'. - Dual 24-inch 4K monitors (dual monitor system). - Maximum geometric magnification of 2,500 times; maximum 68,000 times with digital zoom. - Large table size of 508 x 444mm. - Supports a maximum sample weight of 5kg and a maximum sample height of 210mm. - The X-ray detector can tilt up to 70°, allowing observation from 360° around the observation point. - Observation positions can be specified using the mapping function, and the auto-tracking feature allows for observation without shifting the target position. - The sample itself (table) does not rotate, enabling smooth access to observation points from a human perspective. - Standard equipped with an air-based vibration isolation mechanism (AXiS).
