Our company specializes in a process commonly referred to as T-die extrusion lamination, where plastic resin is applied to various substrates. We can handle labor-intensive tasks and process small quantities or resins other than PE. For example, we excel at applying PE, EVA, and derivatives like hot melt in thicknesses ranging from 20μ to a maximum of 1500μ on materials such as folded fabrics, raw materials wound on thin paper tubes, and raw materials with a small number of rolls, as well as flexible and thick raw materials.
