Our company specializes in a process commonly referred to as T-die extrusion lamination, where plastic resin is applied to various substrates. We can handle labor-intensive tasks and process small quantities or resins other than PE. For example, we excel at applying PE, EVA, and derivatives like hot melt in thicknesses ranging from 20μ to a maximum of 1500μ on materials such as folded fabrics, raw materials wound on thin paper tubes, and raw materials with a small number of rolls, as well as flexible and thick raw materials. Additionally, after the lamination process, we also perform slitting and small roll processing, so if you consult with us, we believe we can be of assistance.
