Unique products utilizing the Japara shape Precision Lock Nut The MSR, MSA, and MSW series are lock nuts that eliminate play in the screw flange section and allow for high-precision seating adjustments (perpendicularity). Their unique cross-sectional shape characteristics align the spindle axis with the nut's center, while simultaneously enhancing locking force, making them ideal lock nuts. Their high axial rigidity tolerates high levels of dynamic stress and locks without relying on the friction of the seating surface, allowing for delicate preload adjustments required by high-speed bearings. Additionally, the outer circumference is cylindrical, providing excellent dynamic balance, making them optimal for high-speed shafts. The finishing accuracy of the threads is ISO 5H "fine" grade.
