The DSK-DSL, DSM, and AK-AL/IK-IL series are mechanical component parts that quickly and accurately fasten shafts and hubs using frictional force.

Clamping Sleeve The DSK-DSL, DSM, and AK-AL/IK-IL series are machine elements developed for the rapid and high-precision fastening of shafts and hubs through friction. This innovative shape enables high-precision fastening and makes assembly and disassembly very easy. Additionally, even when there are dimensional constraints in the axial or outer diameter directions at the fastening part, you can always find a form and size that meets your requirements from each series. These series ensure that the inner and outer diameters deform elastically and uniformly in the radial direction by applying pressure axially, securely fastening around the rotation axis. They also excel in dynamic balance, making them ideal for high-speed shafts. The DSK-DSL and AK-AL/IK-IL series conform to finishing tolerances of h5 (max. h6) for shafts, while the DSM series is specialized for motor shafts, with the counterpart shaft tolerances conforming to k6 for φ50 and m6 for φ55 and above. We also offer the DSM-S1 series that conforms to some h6 tolerances, so please inquire.
