Here is a practical example using the DC linear arc power supply "ARMS-5." In the processing of electronic component winding terminals, the pressing and following parts crush the fine wires due to their weight, leading to high production equipment installation costs. Therefore, we implemented short-time arc welding using the DC linear arc power supply "ARMS-5" and a torch. As a result, it became possible to set the welding position, number of turns, and melting diameter, reducing the installation costs.
