We have improved workability by turning our excellent heat-resistant and load-bearing solid lubricant products into a spray. It facilitates the prevention of galling in high-load components and makes press-fitting operations easier. It can also be used to prevent galling of screws and to prevent seizing at high temperatures.

1000 Spray: Prevents screw seizing, allowing for stable torque management during repeated tightening and removal, even at high temperatures up to 650°C. G Rapid Spray: A spray made from molybdenum disulfide paste, which has excellent load-bearing properties and prevents galling of machine parts. Molybdenum disulfide maintains its lubricating properties up to 400°C, making it suitable for preventing galling in high-temperature areas. D-321R: A paint-type lubricant that dries at room temperature, offering excellent adhesion and long-term lubrication. The film is soft and flexible, making it useful not only for preventing seizing but also for metalworking. It is suitable for areas where wet lubricants cannot be used.
