Our company manufactures and sells "Absolute Dimension Filters®" that control fine particles ranging from 1 to 20 μm. In the attached materials, we introduce two examples: one demonstrating the precise separation of foreign substances in the micrometer size range, and another showing the precise size classification of particles in the micrometer size range. To highlight some examples: There are cases where unwanted foreign substances are mixed in slurries containing nanoparticles and powders of several microns, and these filters are used to efficiently remove and separate the unwanted foreign substances. Additionally, we present examples applicable to the classification needs of fine particles and powders of resins and inorganic materials, such as their use for classifying liquid crystal spacer beads and acrylic particles used in cosmetics.
