[Case Study] Hydraulic Aerial Work Platform (Aqua Deck) for Elevated Maintenance Work
Water pressure high-altitude work platform (Aqua Deck)
For outdoor high-altitude work! Suitable for narrow spaces as well. Safely raises and lowers the work platform using water pressure. Since it’s a cart, it can be moved on-site and loaded onto a truck for transport.
Maintenance of elevated roads and railways is essential. There are times when work must be done visually up close, even at high places. On the other hand, it is necessary to ensure safe working conditions. Using a ladder poses a risk of falling and may not reach the required height. **Challenges** - We need a work platform that can be transported to the site and moved around there. - In narrow locations, aerial work vehicles cannot be used. Is there a good solution? **Solutions** - With this elevated work platform, work can be done from the bucket even at high places. - It rises and lowers using water pressure and is safe with outriggers (spreading legs). - The height of the pole that raises and lowers the work platform can be selected. - When collapsed, it is compact enough to be loaded onto a truck for transport to the site. - It is designed like a wheeled cart, allowing movement in tight spaces. **Benefits of Implementation** Easily accessible tap water is convenient. The passenger bucket is raised and lowered using a pump from the water tank. Maintenance is easy, and even if water spills from the tank, it dries since it is just water. It is useful for various outdoor high-altitude tasks. *Please download the catalog for more information.* *For further details, please contact us.*
