This is a high-strength spring steel wire for high-quality cold forming using high-frequency induction heating. It contributes to weight reduction, starting with automotive suspension springs.
As a pioneer in high-strength spring steel wire for cold forming, we supply globally (Production bases: Japan, China, the United States, Europe). Netsuren "ITW(R)" imparts the necessary mechanical properties to carefully selected materials through high-frequency quenching and high-frequency tempering, and conducts quality assurance over the entire length through eddy current testing for defects and monitoring of heat treatment temperatures. We manufacture in units of one coil, ensuring uniform wire diameter and strength throughout the entire length. Additionally, the variation between product coils is kept to a minimum. [Features when formed into springs] - Variation in shape is minimized. - High strength allows for the formation of springs with a small D/d ratio. - Both durability and resistance to deformation are at the highest level. - High operating stress can be achieved, enabling weight reduction. - Spring manufacturing through cold forming significantly reduces CO2 emissions compared to hot forming.

basic information
(1) Standard wire diameter: 3.5 to 17.0 mm * Due to the increased load on the suspension springs caused by the weight increase from EV batteries, we have developed and started mass production of thicker diameter ITW (17.0 to 22.0 mm). (2) Standard tensile strength - SWI-180 (1750-1850 N/mm²) - SWI-190 (1850-1950 N/mm²) - SWI-200 (1950-2050 N/mm²) * We can also manufacture outside the above ranges, so please feel free to contact us.

Netsuren successfully commercialized and industrialized IH (Induction Heating) technology for the first time in Japan in 1946 (Showa 21). This IH technology is a double eco (Ecological and Economical) technology that uses clean electricity as its heat source, making it environmentally friendly and non-polluting. As a pioneer in this field, Netsuren has developed highly original products in addition to contract heat treatment processing, based on the know-how accumulated since its founding and its high level of technical and development capabilities, bringing transformation and contribution to various industries. The fact that Netsuren exists today and can contribute to society, even in a small way, is thanks to your unwavering support and warm patronage. To enhance corporate value through harmony and coexistence with customers, business partners, shareholders, society, and employees, Netsuren aims to remain a company with a dignified presence in the future, returning to the founding principle of "Technology of Netsuren," and will continue to make unceasing efforts to be of greater service to society in the coming era.
