At Sen-Ei, there are the "Materials Division" and the "Products Division," and the names of the divisions were given based on how our processed products are positioned for our customers. In the "Materials Division," we process and sell various types of domestic and imported plywood as a base, combining them with wood-based boards for use as materials in residential interior building materials. In the "Products Division," we manufacture and sell painted plywood for temporary flooring and other uses with large painting and drying equipment, and we accommodate custom painting through sub-lines. We also support medium lot sizes (in units of 1,000 sheets). We procure plywood from leading manufacturers both domestically and internationally, and we perform various processing tasks such as cutting, laminating, adjusting thickness, and connecting lengths according to our customers' requests. 【Cutting】 Maximum processing size: We have cutting machines capable of handling thicknesses up to 100mm, machine widths of 4500mm, and depths of 4000mm, as well as multiple digitally controlled cutting machines. This allows us to propose optimal processing based on application, quantity, and size. Furthermore, we can combine multiple pieces to maximize yield efficiency and process materials without waste. 【Laminating】 By combining materials such as plywood, MDF, and PB, we achieve a variety of surface characteristics. We also accommodate long laminations (combinations) up to 4 meters. 【Connecting】 By using scarf joints, we can create long scarf plywood with widths of 3 to 4 feet and lengths up to 4 meters. 【Planing】 We can perform efficient and high-precision processing from thickness regulation to finishing, demonstrating excellent thickness adjustment and surface finishing capabilities. 【Painting】 With our painting and drying line, the combinations of plywood and paint are limitless.
