Easy retrofitting to existing equipment! Remote monitoring of the filter differential pressure gauge leads to early detection of abnormalities.

We would like to introduce a case where an analog meter visualization service was implemented in the manufacturing line of grinding films. Although the differential pressure gauge was inspected with the minimum necessary personnel, there were cases where it became a post-incident response during abnormalities, making the streamlining of inspections and early detection of anomalies a challenge. In response, a camera was installed on the differential pressure gauge in the clean room.
